* Denis Mikhailovich Ablyazin (born 3 August 1992 in Penza) is a Russian artistic gymnast. He is the 2012 Olympics vault silver medalist, 2012 Olympics floor bronze medalist and 2013 European vault champion.
Denis competed for the national team at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Men's artistic team all-around. He was the only Russian male artistic gymnast to win 2 medals, a bronze in Floor and a silver for Vault at the 2012 Summer Olympics.








Arthur Nabarrete Zanetti (born April 16, 1990 in São Caetano do Sul, São Paulo) is a Brazilian artistic gymnast. He won the gold medal on rings exercise at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. Zanetti competed at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. He qualified in 4th place to the rings final, with a score of 15,616. On August 6, 2012, he won the gold medal in this event, with a score of 15,900. His gold medal was Brazil's first medal and also from Latin America  of any sort in gymnastics at the Olympic Games.

 






Zou Kai (born February 25, 1988 in LuzhouSichuan) is a five-time Olympic and World champion Chinese gymnast, specializing in the Floor exercise and the Horizontal bar.
Zou won his first three gold medals at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing, resulting in a nomination for the Laureus World Sports Award for Breakthrough of the Year in 2009.
By winning two additional gold medals at the 2012 Olympic Games in London, Zou holds the record for most olympic gold medals won by any Chinese athlete in Olympic history, with a total of five, and with an additional bronze medal to the tally, he is tied for the record of most medals overall, with six.









* Chen Yibing (born 19 December 1984 in Tianjin) is a Chinese gymnast, a four-time world champion on still rings. Chen was part of the Chinese team that won the gold medal in the team event at the World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in 2006, 2007, 2010 and 2011 (no team competition in 2005 and 2009) and the Asian Games in 2006 and 2010. Since his international debut at the 2006 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, he was almost unbeatable on his specialist event, still rings, except to his teammate Yan Mingyong in 2009 and the Brazilian Arthur Nabarrete Zanetti at the 2012 Summer Olympics. He became the 2006, 2007, 2010 and 2011 world champions on still rings.







* Fabian Hambüchen (born 25 October 1987) is a German gymnast. He lives in Wetzlar.
Hambüchen was the youngest German athlete at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens and finished seventh in the horizontal bar and eighth in the team competition. So far in his career, he has won nine medals at World championships and eleven at European Championships. At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing, he won the bronze medal in the horizontal bar.
At the 2012 Summer Olympics in London he qualified for the finals in all-round, horizontal bar and team competitions and won a silver medal in the horizontal bar.








*Marcel Nguyen (born 8 September 1987 in Munich) is a German gymnast. In 2012, he became an Olympic silver medalist after competing at the2012 London Olympic Games.
In the 2012 London Olympic Games, Marcel won two Olympic silver medals after competing in the Men's artistic team all-around, floor and parallel bars. Marcel Nguyen collected the first all-round gymnastics medal for Germany since the 1936 Summer Olympic Games held in Berlin.







* Igor Cassina (born August 15, 1977 in Seregno, Province of Milan) is an Italian gymnast who won gold in the men's horizontal bar at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens.









* Ryohei Kato (born 9 September 1993) is a Japanese gymnast. He competed for the national team at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the men's artistic team all-around. Kato is the son of Hiroyuki Kato, a coach of Japan National team for gymnastics.








* Yusuke Tanaka (born November 29, 1989) is a Japanese gymnast. His elder brother is Kazuhito Tanaka and an elder sister is Rie Tanaka. He competed for the national team at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Men's artistic team all-around.








* Hiroyuki Tomita (born Osaka Prefecture, 21 November 1980) is a Japanese gymnast. Tomita has three Olympic medals from the 2004 and 2008 Olympics. After his retirement from competitive gymnastics, Tomita is planning a career as a gymnastics coach.








* Kōhei Uchimura ( born January 3, 1989 in Kitakyushu, Fukuoka Prefecture) is a Japanese artistic gymnast.  He is a five-time Olympic medalist (all-around, team and floor exercise), winning a gold and four silvers, a 13-time World medalist (all-around, team, floor, high bar, and parallel bars) and is considered by many to be the greatest gymnast of all time.  He is famous for becoming the first gymnast (male or female) to win every major all-around title in a single Olympic cycle, including four consecutive world all around titles (2009, 2010, 2011 and 2013) and the 2012 Olympic All-Around Champion.







* Daniel Corral Barrón (born 25 January 1990 in Ensenada) is a Mexican gymnast. He participated at the 2010 Central American and Caribbean Games where he won the silver medal at the team competition and the bronze medal at the vault final. He then competed at the 2011 Pan-American Games, where he achieved two gold medals in the pommel horse and parallel bars finals. In 2012 he qualified to the 2012 Summer Olympic Gamesto the individual all-around competition, when he finished 4th at the 2012 Gymnastics Olympic Test Event, he also achieved the gold medal in the parallel bars final in the same event.









* Yuri van Gelder (born 20 April 1983) is a Dutch gymnast, whose best discipline is the rings. His nickname is "Lord of the rings".
Born in Waalwijk, Netherlands, Van Gelder took the gold in the men's rings at the 2005 European Championships held in Debrecen, Hungary. He became world champion in the same discipline at the 2005 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Melbourne. He won bronze at the 2006 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Aarhus, Denmark. At the 2007 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Stuttgart, Germany, he won a silver medal.

                                







* Epke Jan Zonderland (born 16 April 1986) is a Dutch gymnast and 2012 Olympic gold medalist in the high bar. His nickname is "The flying Dutchman".
At the 2012 Summer Olympics, Zonderland won an Olympic gold medal in the high bar with a personal best score of 16.533. His routine included a Cassina-Kovacs-Kolman combination. He is the first Dutch male gymnast to win a medal at the Olympics as well as the first Dutch gymnast (male or female) to win an individual Olympic medal. 







* Marian Drăgulescu (born December 18, 1980 in Bucharest) is a Romanian artistic gymnast. During his senior gymnastics career he has won an impressive number of 26 medals at Olympic games, World or European Championships among which eight gold medals at World Championships. He excelled in vault and floor on which he was a multiple world champion and Olympic medallist. His name will remain the history of gymnastics not only because of his world titles on floor (2001, 2002, 2006, 2009) and vault (2001, 2005, 2006, 2009), but also because of the extremely spectacular and difficult vault named after him: handspring double front somersault with half turn. He was also an excellent all around gymnast: On the all around event he is a European champion (2004) and a bronze medallist (2000), and placed 8th at the 2004 Olympic Games.







* Marius Daniel Urzică (born September 30, 1975, in Topliţa, Romania) is a Romanian gymnast. Urzică is an Olympic champion, a three-time world champion and a three-time European champion on pommel horse. He competed at three Olympic games, medaling each time on pommel horse (gold) Sydney 2000, silver Atlanta 1996 and silver Athena 2004) and contributed to the team bronze in Athens 2004. 







* David Sagitovich Belyavskiy (Russian; born 23 February 1992) is a Russian artistic gymnast. He is the 2013 European All-around champion.
Belyavskiy began his 2013 season by winning the Russian National All Around title. Later, he became the 2013 European individual all-around champion with an overall edging out British gymnast Max Whitlock for the gold. He won bronze at the Parallel Bars final.
Belyavskiy, alongside the Russian team won Russia the team gold at the 2013 Summer Universiade in Kazan. He won the all-around bronze. At the event finals, he won silver in Parallel and bronze in Floor.







* Alexei Yurievich Nemov (Russian; born 28 May 1976 in Barashevo, Mordovia) is a gymnast from Russia and one of the most medaled gymnasts, male or female, of all time. He has won 12 Olympic medals. Nemov's sense of showmanship and his difficult routines have won him many fans.







* Emin Nadirovich Garibov (Russian; born 8 September, 1990 in Moscow) is a Russian artistic gymnast of Azerbaijani descent. He is the two-time (2013, 2012) European Horizontal Bar champion.
Garibov was captain of the Russian men's team at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, where he finished 14th in the individual all-around. He also qualified for two event finals: parallel bars, where he placed 6th, and horizontal bar, where he placed 7th.
He repeated as high bar champion at the 2013 European Championships in Moscow. Garibov, alongside the Russian team  won Russia the team gold at the 2013 Summer Universiade, in Kazan, Russia. He won the Parallel Bars final ahead of teammate David Belyavskiy and at the Horizontal Bar he posted the highest score of 16.025 to win the gold medal.







* Aljaž Pegan, born June 2, 1974, is a Slovenian gymnast.
Pegan is one of the best Slovenian gymnasts, he competes on Horizontal Bar, where he is world and European champion. He also has an element, the pegan, named after him on both high bar and parallel bars.
He has been competing internationally since 1988, but has not qualified for any Olympic Games yet, which do not allow competitors to participate only on individual tools. He was denied qualification to the 2008 Beijing Games when the Olympic "wild card" spot was awarded to a different gymnast.







* Kim Dae-Eun (born September 17, 1984) is a South Korean gymnast. He is the 2004 Olympic All-around silver medalist. He won the gold medal on the parallel bars at the 2007 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships.
Kim was part of the South Korean team that won the bronze medal in the team event at the 2006 Asian Games.







* Yang Hak-Seon (born 6 December 1992) is the first South Korean gymnast to win an Olympic gold medal. Yang is the reigning vault champion at the Asian Games. In 2012, he became the first Korean gymnast to win Olympic gold in Gymnastics, winning the vault competition in London. In 2013, He won gold in vault at the 2013 Summer Universiade in Kazan, Russia.  He is also the reigning world champion, having won gold in the vault at both the 2011 and 2013 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships.







* Gervasio Deferr Angel (born 7 November, 1980 in Premià de Mar, Barcelona) is a former gymnast from Spain, who started in gymnastics at the age of five, and became the number one athlete of his country in that sport.
He became the Olympic champion in men's vault at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney  and has repeated the feat at the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens. At the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing he won the silver medal on the floor exercise with a score of 15.775.






* Ihor Radivilov (born 19 October 1992 in Mariupol) is a Ukrainian gymnast. He is the 2012 Olympics Vault bronze medalist. 
He competed for the national team at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Men's artistic team all-around and the Men's Vault. He earned a bronze medal in the Vault final at 2012 Summer Olympics. He also finished in 4th place in the team all-around final as part of the Ukrainian team.
He won gold in Rings at the 2013 European Championships. At the 2013 Summer Universiade in Kazan, Igor along with the Ukrainian team  led to a second place finish in the team final. He won bronze in Rings and Vault final behind rival, Russian gymnast Denis Ablyazin.








* Oleg Stepko (born 25 March 1994 in Zaporizhzhya) is a Ukrainian gymnast. Oleg competed for the national team at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Men's artistic team all-around. 

He won gold in Parallel Bars at the 2013 European Championships. At the 2013 Summer Universiade in Kazan, Stepko along with the Ukrainian team  led to a second place finish in the team final. He won the bronze medal in Pommel horse final.







* Oleg Yuriyovych Vernyayev (born 29 September 1993 in Donetsk) is a Ukrainian gymnast. He was educated at the Donetsk State Institute of Health, Physical Education and Sport. He speaks Russian and is coached by Gennady Sartynsky.
He competed for the national team at the 2012 Summer Olympics in the Men's artistic team all-around, and the Men's artistic individual all-around. Verniaiev won the Ukrainian National Championships, He finished took the silver medal in individual all-around at the 2013 American Cup, He then won the bronze medal in all-around at the 2013 European Championships in Moscow, Russia.

At the 2013 Summer Universiade, Verniaiev led his Ukrainian team  to a second place finish in the team final and qualified for the all-around final. He won the all-around bronze medal . He won another bronze medal in the Parallel Bars final.









* Daniel Ryan Keatings (born 4 January 1990 in Kettering, England) is a British artistic gymnast. He trains at the Huntingdon Olympic Gymnastics Club under coach, Paul Hall alongside teammate Louis Smith.
Keatings has represented Scotland as the 2006 Commonwealth Games and Great Britain at both the 2007 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, 2009 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships, 2011 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships and the 2008 Summer Olympics.








* Sam Joshua Oldham (born 17 February 1993) is an English artistic gymnast who represents Great Britain. He was part of the British men's team at the 2012 Summer Olympics that won bronze in the team competition. He is also a three-time junior European champion and won individual horizontal bar gold at the 2010 Summer Youth Olympics in Singapore.
At 19, Oldham was the youngest member to be named to the British team for gymnastics at the 2012 Summer Olympics,which won a bronze medal in the men's team all-around final at theNorth Greenwich Arena on 30 July








* Daniel Scott Purvis (born 13 November 1990 in Liverpool, England) is an international elite artistic gymnast from the UK from Crosby, Liverpool, and 3-time British all-around champion in Men's Artistic Gymnastics.
During his time as a Junior he came 4th in the team for Great Britain at the Junior European Championships in Greece in 2006. Two years later in Lausanne he helped the British team win the Gold medal, and individually won the All-Around silver at the Junior European Championships again.
At the London Olympics, Purvis was part of the bronze medal-winning GB men's team, competing on 30 July 2012 at the North Greenwich Arena,  and competed in the all around competition.








* Louis Antoine Smith, (born 22 April 1989) is a British artistic gymnast who specialises in the pommel horse. He received a bronze medal and a silver medal on the pommel horse at the 2008 Beijing Olympics and the 2012 London Olympics respectively, with the former marking the first time a British gymnast had placed in an Olympic event since 1928. Smith was also part of the Great Britain team that took the bronze in the men's artistic team all-around at the 2012 London Olympics. Smith is a member of the Huntingdon Gymnastics Club. He was a part of the European Gold medal winning Great Britain's men's team in 2012, 2010 Commonwealth Games Champion, and is also a four-time European Silver medallist.







* Max Antony Whitlock (born 13 January 1993) is an English gymnast from Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. In 2012, he was part of the first British men's gymnastics team to win the European Championships and the first British men's team to win a medal at an Olympic games in 100 years.
Whitlock was a member of Britain's gymnastics team at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, where he helped the team claim a bronze medal at the team final. This was the first time the men's team had won a medal since 1912. He also claimed the bronze medal in the pommel event final. On 19 April 2013, Whitlock won a complete collection of medals; a silver medal in the individual all-around competition at the 2013 European Championships, the gold medal in the floor exercise, and a bronze medal in the pommel horse.











*Alexander Vladimirovich Artemev (born August 29, 1985) is an Americanartistic gymnast. He is the 2006 all-around U.S. National Champion, the 2007 and 2008 U.S. National Champion on the pommel horse and an individual bronze medalist at the 2006 World Championships. Artemev was a member of the bronze medal winning U.S. team at the 2008 Olympics in Beijing.

 

Jacob "Jake" Dalton (born on August 19, 1991) is an American gymnast and member of the University of Oklahoma Gymnastics and the U.S. National Team. He represented the United States at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London.
He was a member of the USA team that won the Bronze medal in the 2011 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Tokyo, Japan. It was announced on July 1, 2012 that Dalton would be a member of the 2012 Olympic team. Dalton as part of the United States Gymanstic team placed fifth in the team competition in the 2012 London Olympic Games. 
In 2013, Dalton won the bronze medal at the P&G National Championships en route to making the World Championships team. He went on the win a silver medal on floor exercise at 2013 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships.






* Morgan Carl Hamm (born September 24, 1982 in Washburn, Wisconsin) is an Americanartistic gymnast. He represented the United States at the 2000 Summer Olympics and at the 2004 Summer Olympics. At the 2004 Olympics, he won the silver medal in the team competition. He was a member of the silver-medal winning team at the 2003 World Artistic Gymnastics Championships. Hamm was named to the 2008 Summer Olympic team.
